Marine Boat Licence only = $120pp.
Marine Boat Licence with PWC (JetSki) endorsement $120 pp
PWC (JetSki) endorsement only $80 pp — if you already have a boat licence
Who can get a Boat or Jet Ski Licence?
You must have turned 12 years old
12 to 16 year olds can get a Restricted Marine Licence (and with a PWC endorsement) with the following basic restrictions, Max of 10 Knots, Not at night and Must not Tow
Once you turn 16, you have a General Marine Licence
How to get a Boat Licence?
- You attend one of our 4 hour courses and pass the TSV test.

At the end of the course, you receive a TSV Certificate to take to VicRoads to pay the annual licence fee, have your photograph taken and then you are a licenced boat operator.

You bring to the course the required Identification (see below)

The cost $120, payable at the start of the course by cash or card.
How to get a PWC Jet Ski Licence?
- You attend one of our 4 hour Marine Boat courses and pass the TSV test for your Marine Boat Licence and then the Jet Ski Endorsement Test.
- The cost $120, payable at the start of the course by cash or card.
If you already have a Marine Boat Licence and require the Jet Ski Endorsement, you are required to attend one of our 4 hour Marine Boat courses and pass the PWC Jet Ski Endorsement test.
- The cost $80, payable at the start of the course by cash or card.
- At the end of the course, you receive a TSV Certificate to take to VicRoads to pay the annual licence fee, have your photograph taken and then you are a licenced boat operator.
Identification
You must bring along to the course Proof of your Identity.
This is normally;
Current Vic Drivers Licence/ Learners Permit, or Birth Certificate or Passport, plus Medicare or School ID Card.
